Yes. All products sold by Animagination are 100% authentic and officially licensed. We work directly with trusted distributors and suppliers to ensure every figure meets official quality and authenticity standards.

No. All items are guaranteed to arrive in brand new condition. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or resolution. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Some items may be restocked depending on supplier availability. Rare and discontinued figures may not return once sold out.

Currently, Animagination ships within Australia only. This allows us to provide faster delivery times and reliable service. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

We're a small Aussie startup and currently dispatching orders in batches. Once your order is placed, expect delivery within 2–3 weeks as we source directly from Japan. Standard shipping then takes 3–5 business days, with express available for next business day delivery.
