Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@animaginationau.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs will be covered by Animagination where applicable.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted items. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
However, at our discretion, we may accept change-of-mind returns if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is in original packaging with all components included
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
